Answers to your Frequently Asked Questions
Here you will find answers to some of my customers’ most common questions about learning Medieval Goldwork Embroidery. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me – I am here to help! Below is a short video that walks you through my website and eLearning Platform. Enjoy!
Do you offer online Medieval Goldwork Embroidery courses?
Yes! The first courses are now available through my eLearning Platform. Further courses will be added soon.
How can I access your online embroidery courses?
You can either become a monthly subscriber and gain access to all courses on offer for as long as your subscription is active. Or you can buy access to a single course and have access for as long as my eLearning Platform exists.
How long will I have access to the course materials?
This depends on your chosen option. You either are a subscriber and have access for as long as your subscription runs. Or, you have bought access to a single course, and you have access for as long as my eLearning Platform exists.
What format do your online embroidery courses have?
My courses come with either video instructions, illustrated written instructions, or a combination of both. All instructions are in English, and my videos include English subtitles. You can get a feel for my teaching style by watching the videos on setting up your slate frame. Part of the content is downloadable. To prevent illegal sharing, you cannot download complete courses.
What apps do you use to deliver the course content?
My eLearning Platform is built with MemberPress, and Alugha hosts my videos.
Do your embroidery courses come with embroidery materials?
No. Due to Brexit and the recent US tariffs, I am no longer able to offer material packs. However, each course comes with a detailed material list and instructions on where to buy. You might even have some materials in your stash already!
Do you teach in person?
Rarely. The best way to keep up to date with my teaching schedule is to subscribe to my weekly newsletter.
